Complete the IP Licensing Status Assessment™
Begin with a clear view of your IP, commercialization position, current materials, and the areas that may require more work.
Build your foundation
Complete the Licensing Foundation Workbooks and relevant analyzer tools. These activities help organize the facts, value drivers, market focus, and readiness gaps that support a licensing campaign.
Submit for review
When your foundation work is at least 80% complete, the information is reviewed in a consultation to determine whether Elite is an appropriate next step and what may still need attention.
